QuickMaffs ("we", "us", "our") allows users ("you", "your", "user") to play math games.
By accessing or using QuickMaffs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("terms").
To access some parts of QuickMaffs, you must register for an account. You agree to provide valid information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it valid.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
QuickMaffs operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as they become due, plus all related taxes, and to reimburse us for any other costs and interest.
You will be billed on recurring and periodic basis, monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you select.
QuickMaffs, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Except when required, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with your use of QuickMaffs.
You are responsible for all content and data provided by you to QuickMaffs. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content and data.
You agree to not misuse QuickMaffs.
You must not and must not attempt to do the following:
All content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickMaffs. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QuickMaffs.
You may terminate your account or subscription at any time. Your subscription termination will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any subscription fees already paid.
We may terminate or suspend your account or subscription and bar access to QuickMaffs immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitations, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any subscription fees already paid.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold QuickMaffs and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, demands, or expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of QuickMaffs.
In no event shall QuickMaffs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any damages or losses, resulting from (i) your access to, use of, or inability to access QuickMaffs; (ii) any conduct or content of any third-party on QuickMaffs; (iii) any content obtained from QuickMaffs; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content. Whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage or loss.
Your use of QuickMaffs is at your sole risk. QuickMaffs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QuickMaffs is provided without guarantees or warranties of any kind.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If any changes are made we will provide notice. What constitutes a change will be determined at our sole discretion.
